UNLIT CELL TOWER ACCESS ROADS INVITE CRIMINAL ACTIVITY - LOWER PROPERTY VALUES

The Kimberly Vaughn murders (mother and three children) took place on a cell tower access road.  Here Are A Few Facts To Consider Concerning The Safety Of Unlit Cell Tower Ingress-Egress Access Roads:

* Close proximity to an interstate, usually has increased crime rates.  Cell Towers with unlit dark, hidden (usually within woodlands) access roads, offer  criminals an easy escape route.  And an open door to crime.  Copper theft is a common problem with many cell tower sitings.

*  No one wants their family living next to an industrial/commercial cell tower site, with a dark and dangerous access road entry.  Most often these access roads are made of gravel and/or dirt, and are hidden within woodland property, offering a somewhat "stealth" appearance.  Of course you can usually still see the cell tower towering over tree lines.  There are also towers made to look like trees and/or flag poles.  However, these hidden access roads, no matter their appearance, still offer the opportunity for crime infractions and safety concerns.

* Cell phone companies have been pushing to build new cell towers on RA -zoned,  residential property, some of which are subdivisions.  In many cases, subdivisions zoned residential are connected to these RA properties and subidivions.  By turning the RA (farm - rural) property into a commercial/industrial cell phone tower site, your land drops in re-sale value. 

Meanwhile, the RA land owner/ individual who leased a part of their land to the cell phone company,  makes a boat load of money each month.   You, my friend, are left living next to an industrial/commercial cell tower with a commercial/industrial compound site complete with generator noise.  Most generators run on gas and/or diesel fuel.  Endangering the safety and protection of your children and family.      

 INCREASED FIRE HAZARDS AND POLICE REINFORCEMENT NEEDED TO HANDLE OVER LOAD OF CRIME AND SAFETY PROBLEMS:

Child Kidnapping, Pedophiles, and Sex Offender

RAPE, ROBBERY, BURGLARY, ROBBERY, DRUG TRAFFICKING, GANG ACTIVITY, ARE ALWAYS ON THE RISE IN UNLIT, UNPROTECTED AREAS WHICH WELCOME SUCH CRIME ACTIVITY AND INFRACTIONS.
